Managed Services
FAQs
Why Managed Services?
Subscribing to BroadSign Managed Services will let you deploy a network of any complexity fast, cutting through the usual learning curve. This means that you will be able to focus on the strategy implementation and the revenue-generating aspect of your business right away. After all, yours is a media company, not a technology one.
Successful mainstream media owners (in TV, Radio, Print and lately – Internet) have long separated technology platforms from the media operations, and digital signage is following the same path. BroadSign Managed Services is your way to deploy and run your Digital Out-of-Home network with minimal staff and maximum efficiency.
The good news is: there are absolutely no risk and no downside to using BroadSign Managed Services. Should you choose to have your own IT staff to handle the network logistics at any point, BroadSign will train your personnel, and they will take over when they are ready. But the transition will be smooth, and your ongoing operations will not be affected by it. On the upside – you will be already on the market and generating revenue.
Is It Expensive To Subscribe To Broadsign Managed Services?
The best way to answer this question is to calculate the cost of IT infrastructure, IT staff, the hiring, the training, the learning curve and the delay in time to market, and compare those to the subscription fee for having it all handled by Managed Services. You will be shocked to see how much you will be saving.
What’s The Most Exciting Part in Running a Digital Signage Network?
Our clients say: the thrill of implementing a breakthrough content strategy, executing well-planned, effective campaigns and seeing your advertiser return for more. BroadSign Managed Services will free your mind and hands to do exactly that.
What’s The Most Tedious Part in Managing a Network?
According to our clients – monitoring network health and troubleshooting technical issues, such as players ‘missing in action’, media format incompatibility, setting up content channels, screen configuration, etc. Can you imagine a TV or radio executive worrying about the state of transmitters, cabling and power, or signal quality? All those issues have long become commodity tasks outsourced to technicians. And that’s what BroadSign Managed Services will do for you.
Why Are Managed Services Becoming a Big Trend in the DOOH Industry?
Few digital signage businesses today can afford to have a full IT department to take care of the network infrastructure, and this is one of the barriers to DOOH growth. Even if your network is set up properly, it is a complex system, where any component can be affected by numerous factors beyond your control: hardware malfunction, power shutdowns, breaks in connectivity, etc., etc.
If you like to do things “by the book,” you won’t be able to find a “book” to follow when it comes to deploying a digital signage network. This is a relatively new process that requires a unique blend of expertise in media, software, IT, integration, but most importantly – the knowledge of what works best to make your network an effective medium. Such knowledge can be best applied via managed services, and that’s why the demand for those is sharply on the rise.
The Best Managed Services Package to Complement the Best Digital Signage Software
Digital signage has no analogs among other media in terms of the flexibility and targeting capacity it offers. The engine of any digital signage network is its software. BroadSign’s SaaS provides you with a versatile and powerful machine to extract the full potential of this new mass medium. The flip side of this is that it requires training to master the art and science of DOOH network management and media placement, just like pilots have to be trained to fly airplanes. In the meantime, you need to get on the market as fast as possible, to benefit from the first-mover advantage.
BroadSign is a recognised thought leader in the DOOH industry, spearheading research, innovations and standardization. BroadSign media management specialists rank the highest as far as planning and executing massive multi-target, multi-daypart campaigns are concerned. It takes them minutes to fulfill any insertion order, from uploading the content to scheduling the right version to the right screens and generating campaign performance reports. They are rigorously trained to monitor network health and react swiftly to any sign of malfunction. Not putting all this expertise to work would be a waste for your business.
Digital signage is well on its way to becoming part of the mainstream media, and BroadSign Managed Services will ensure that your infrastructure is ready for that.
