The robust feature set also implies a certain learning curve. There are two ways of becoming an advanced user of BroadSign software:
- You can learn it yourself by studying the manuals and online videos. Depending on your diligence, it may take from a few days to a few weeks.
- You can drastically cut down the learning curve by completing a 2-day BroadSign Core Training course.
Our experience shows that users who have gone through the Core Training can get their networks up and running much faster. Besides, they acquire a lot of ancillary industry and media knowledge while communicating with BroadSign experts.

What is BroadSign Core Training?
Upon completion the BroadSign's Core Training course you will be able to properly optimize your digital signage network and operate it yourself using the BroadSign Suite.
BroadSign Core Training covers all BroadSign Suite features to perform basic domain/network build out operations, scheduling and traffic operations, advanced network configurations as well as an overview of monitoring operations and reports.
How long is the Training?
BroadSign Core Training is covered over two days. The training can be attended "live and in person" in BroadSign's Montreal Office. You can also be trained online, where you will only be able to listen in and not ask questions. Your questions can be emailed to BroadSign Service's and will be addressed after the training session.

If you are attending in person…

- The latest version of the BroadSign Administrator installed on the laptop.
- The latest version of the BroadSign Player in non-dedicated mode installed on the laptop.
- Pen and paper to take notes
If you are attending online…
- Webinar information regarding the BroadSign Core Training. This information will be emailed to you by BroadSign Services prior to the training taking place.
- The latest version of the Broadsign Administrator installed on a system that you will have access to during the online training session (can be the same system you are using to attend the online training).
- The latest version of the BroadSign Player installed on a system that you will have access to during the online training session (can be the same system you are using to attend the online training).
- Pen and paper to take notes.
Preparing for the training session…
- Watch the training videos that are available within the BroadSign Portal (https://portal.broadsign.com/).
- Email the BroadSign Service Desk a list of topics or questions that you would like us to cover during the training session. BroadSign will attempt to address your questions during the training session. If they are not covered during the training session, they will be addressed after the training session has been completed.
